Celebrating Earth Day - All Month Long
In celebration of Earth Day and Arbor Day, PSEG Long Island, Suffolk County, Nassau County and RISE (Rockaway Initiative for Sustainability and Equity) are partnering with New York State Urban Forestry Council and the Arbor Day Foundation to provide a total of 500 trees to customers across Long Island and Far Rockaway. Planting the right trees in the right location can reduce utility bills and promote ongoing system reliability.
In addition to our tree distribution events, PSEG Long Island volunteers, joined by local organizations, will be in communities across Long Island handing out LED Lightbulbs, reusable shopping bags and information about our energy saving programs and customer assistance services. These events are sponsored by the PSEG Foundation and PSEG Long Island.

A lookback at 2024
Thank you to everyone who participated in Earth Month 2024! Everything from the free LEDS bulbs to the tree pickup and distribution centers, worked out so very well. We couldn't have done it without the support of our fellow Long Islanders and community organizations.
Preserving wildlife on Long Island
