Malverne’s Hayley Kelch Named to ‘Power Women of Long Island’ List
(UNIONDALE, N.Y. – Nov. 15, 2024) Malverne’s own Hayley Kelch, director of Commercial Legal Services at PSEG Long Island, was named to this year’s Schnepps Media Power Women Long Island list. The event “honors those fearless females who make Long Island the thriving and vibrant place it is to work, live and do business,” according to its website.

As director of Commercial Legal Services for PSEG Long Island, Kelch manages a team of dedicated attorneys who provide legal counsel on commercial transactions which enable PSEG Long Island to provide reliable electric power to Long Island residents and businesses.
Kelch is also a passionate community ambassador dedicated to youth enrichment and community building. She has served as the co-president of three parent teacher association executive boards in the Malverne School District and is currently in her ninth year of co-leading two Nassau County Girl Scout troops.
Having spent her childhood in Malverne, Kelch and her family moved back to Malverne in 2010 after living in Boston and Brooklyn. She spent 10 years with Cullen and Dykman LLP before joining PSEG Long Island in 2019.
