PSEG Long Island’s Vacant Space Revival Program Supports New Patchogue Business – L.I. Salty Kids Cove

(UNIONDALE, N.Y. – Dec. 12, 2024) L.I. Salty Kids Cove, a children’s play place that opened earlier this year in Patchogue, is receiving nearly $2,000 in bill credits from PSEG Long Island’s Vacant Space Revival program. The financial incentive, which can total up to $10,000, is awarded to business owners like Patty Gullo, who move into commercial space that had been unoccupied for more than a year. The discounts are provided in a gradual format over the new business’s first year, which is often the most fiscally challenging.

L.I. Salty Kids Cove is an indoor activity center that provides imaginative play for children up to 6 years old with a sensory playroom, imaginative playhouses, gym and other amenities. A complimentary coffee bar, dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi are offered to adult caregivers, allowing them to work while the children play.
