PSEG Long Island Fleet Make Ready Program
The Fleet Make Ready program is intended to support the development of EV charging infrastructure for public fleet and public transportation fleets. This includes light duty, medium duty, and heavy-duty vehicle segments.
Application
To submit your application, simply tap DOWNLOAD and email your completed form along with all required documents to PSEG-LI-EVFleet@pseg.com.

- W9 Form (Entity Receiving Incentive)
- Copy of PSEG Long Island Bill (N/A for new service)
- LOA Agency Letter (If Applicable)
- Charge Letter (If Available or Applicable)
Open Office Hours
PSEG Long Island hosts in-person and online Open Office Hours on Fridays from 9AM – 10AM. If you plan to attend in-person, please email PSEG-LI-EVFleets@pseg.com 24-48 hours in advance. This ensures that someone will be onsite to meet with you. In-person meetings are located at TRC, 395 North Service Road, Suite 409, Melville NY 11747. Online meetings are through Teams. If you have any questions, please email PSEG-LI-EVFleets@pseg.com, or call our Infoline at 800-692-2626.
