- Limit of one unit per residential customer account every 5 years.

When submitting customer rebate applications through PSEG Long Island’s Online Application portal, please include:
- Installation/Final Paid Invoice that includes unit model number installed
- Photo of heat pump water heater unit in customer’s permanent installed location
- Photo of heat pump water heater’s model number/ serial number nameplate from the unit

Simply follow this link and complete the online application: 2025 PSEG Long Island Trade Ally Enrollment Application. The following documents will be required to upload via the online application:
- Home Improvement License
- IRS Form W-9
- Certificate of Liability Insurance
