Get your bills through your bank
If you use your bank's website to pay your PSEG Long Island bill, you can also use it to receive and view your bill. Paperless E-Billing is available at over 4,000 financial institutions. Here's how to take advantage of this great service:
- Go to your financial institution's online bill-pay service
- Click on the e-Bill icon for PSEG Long Island in your list of payees
- Provide your PSEG Long Island account number and ZIP code

Yes. At any time, if you decide Paperless Billing isn't for you, log in to My Account, select the "Billing & Payment Options" tab below your Customer ID, and click the "cancel" button next to "Paperless Billing." It might take a billing cycle to make the change but we'll go back to sending you a bill in the mail.

The PDF version of your bill has a payment option built in. It's completely secure and does not require registration or sign-in. Or, you can use any payment options you've used in the past.
NOTE: If you want to mail a check, please don't send a print-out of your bill (that could cause a delay). Just send a check with your account number on the memo line.
