Open Office Hours
PSEG Long Island hosts in-person and online Open Office Hours on Fridays from 9AM – 10AM. If you plan to attend in-person, please email PSEG-LI-EVMakeReady@pseg.com 24-48 hours in advance. This ensures that someone will be onsite to meet with you. In-person meetings are located at TRC, 395 North Service Road, Suite 409, Melville NY 11747. Online meetings are through Zoom. If you have any questions, please email PSEG-LI-EVMakeReady@pseg.com, or call our Infoline at 800-692-2626.

PSEG Long Island is announcing the below updates to the 2024 Electric Vehicle Make Ready Program (EVMR). The updates have been made in response to feedback PSEG Long Island has received from program participants. 2024 Electric Vehicle Make Ready Program Application Version 2.0Incentive Cap Updates
- Level 2
Less than 4 ports - $20,000
Between 4-6 ports - $30,000
Every port above 6 will have an additional $1,000 added to the incentive cap - DCFC
Less than 4 ports - $185,000
Between 4-6 ports - $370,000
Every port above 6 will have an additional $10,000 added to the incentive cap - Level 2 & DCFC projects
Any proposed projects that will have a combination of Level 2 and DCFC chargers, please notify PSEG-LI-EVMAKEREADY@PSEG.com to discuss incentive caps
Please Note: Projects that were pre-approved before July 12, 2024, will be subject to the previous program eligibility and guidelines. All submitted applications require a customer signature on the “Customer Information” tab. If applications are submitted without a customer signature, the application will be returned. The 2024 Electric Vehicle Make Ready Program Application Version 2.0 and updated program guidance documents will be available on the PSEG Long Island website on or around July 15th, 2024.The PSEG Long Island Energy Efficiency team holds Open House Events every Friday from 9AM to 10AM at the TRC office at 395 North Service Road, Suite 409, Melville, NY 11747 and on TEAMS (Click here to join the meeting [teams.microsoft.com]). We will hold an overview session of the new program changes on Friday July 19th if you have any questions about the application updates, or any other questions on your projects.

Please note, instructions are now available to customers and developers that detail all program updates and the new application.
